I love my Delhi !

Yes, I live in Delhi. It is a beautiful city. A large number of Tourists visit it every day. It has many beautiful and historical places that remind us of the great old history of the city. It has world famous India Gate with big parks around it. It also has a Children’s park in it with a large number of swings. I can say that my Delhi is designed so beautifully that it attracts so many visitors from all over the world.

It has the Parliament of India, The Home of our President, The Lal Quilla, The Qutub Minar, The Old Fort, as well many Historical Gurudwara’s reminding us of the Sikh religion. It now has a very beautiful Akshardham Temple that attracts tourists a lot.

But if you come out of these areas, Delhi has become very congested. We have to face Traffic jams all over. While going to my school on the school bus, it takes almost 30 minutes for mere 3 Kms. While coming back it takes much more time due to heavy rush. Driving becomes difficult as after every minute you have to press breaks.

As a result we avoid going to the friends and relatives houses regularly. We just keep on talking over phone or mobile. Sometime we do video calling over a computer or laptop to see their smiling faces.

But it does not mean that Delhi has stopped breathing. It’s still alive, as ever. If you have any doubt, just go to the connaught place, having so many famous restaurants and food chains serving since ages or the kamla nagar market, which is once again a youth hub, with lots of café, restaurants and street food at the best prices.

 

It has the best educational facility that is widely known as Delhi University. Students from all over India wish to grab a seat to add a tag of DU with them. Even foreigners come to our city, just to join our Delhi University.

There are many more places in Delhi to wander for Shopping for your daily needs. We can go to Hauz khas village, khan market, the great Delhi eye, NDSE, Sarojini nagar market, Lal quarter market and of course the famous Lajpat nagar Central market, where every strata of society can spend very easily as it has  both less and more expensive places according to one’s needs.

Delhi Metro, though congested now, has given a direct connectivity to the people to move from one place to another as driving a vehicle in Delhi is a bit more difficult nowadays. Nevertheless, having lots of problems such as female safety, traffic jam and pollution, we cannot just ignore these awesome qualities of Delhi on which every Delhiite feels proud. Kulveen's Special - Sugar Free Natura Cake !

I am Kulveen kaur a 13 years old girl. I am a specialist in making the cake as below. If you want to taste it just come to my home and i will make it for you in ten minutes.

Ingredients : Oreo Biscuits – Two packet, Parle G biscuits – one packet, Half cup Milk, 'Sugar free Natura, - as per your taste', Two Eggs, Eno one packet, Vanilla essence – one tea -  spoon, Chocolates & Dry fruit as much you want and two spoon refined oil.

First of all take the oreo biscuits and the parle g biscuits in a mixer jar. Now grind the above to make its powder. Mix milk in it as well two eggs. Mix the Vanilla essence, two spoons of oil and the Eno packet in it. Now pour the Sugarfree Natura as per your taste. Now grind it again to make a batter of the cake.

Now take a microwave bowl and grease it with refined oil. After  that, spray some maida in the bowl in all sides. Now pour the batter made above in the grinder into the bowl.

Now keep the bowl in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes. After that, take it out and use a fork to make some holes in the above cake. Now we have to insert melted chocolate into these holes.

After that, put the bowl again in the microwave oven for another two and a half minutes and take out the bowl after that. Your cake is ready. Now remove the cake from the bowl and put it on a plate.

We can spray melted chocolates over the top layer of the cake. We can also add wafers in the melted chocolates. We can also add dry fruits in the melted chocolate.

I am just 13 years old and already working on my smart phone. I have so many applications that include my e mails, whatsapp etc. But working on the 3G was so boring. ASUS Zenfone 2 for the great experience

Yeah, I have used ASUS Zenfone 5 with trouble free performance and now anxiously awaiting for the launch of ASUS Zenfone 2 as it has many more advanced features. It looks more luxurious. It has a bigger size, a bigger camera, a better battery & more RAM. And Last but not the least, it is ASUS Zenfone 2, the brand I can easily rely upon as I am using it since last many months. What else I can expect from a smartphone that is really going to redefine my experiences of using a smartphone, till date.

I like to click wherever I go, be it a bright day or a dark night. My Exams !

Hi,

Was busy in my 7th Class exams. I got 94% marks in my 7th class and yesterday was my first day in my new class i.e. 8th. Same friends but in a new room, with a new class teacher, we all were very excited yesterday. Didi is still busy in her 12th class Board exams. She will be free on 6th of April & only than we will decide to enjoy.

Power of being #together to Look upwards !

I am a young girl of 13 years. I just love dogs. All of my friends have a dog. But my mother just hates a dog. It’s not only my mother but even my Nani mom hates a dog. Probably it’s their family problem but it became a big problem in our family.

The problem so started that a friend of my papa, Ravi Uncle, visited us. He had a beautiful & cute Lebra. On finding my interest he just whispered in my ears that he has nine puppies & he can gift me one if I could change the mindset of my mother.

Ahhhhh, I was just in dreams playing with my own Lebra puppy & that too of the original Canadian breed & that too without paying even a rupee. I rushed towards my papa and just demanded the puppy.

I know that my papa loves me a lot & he will never say, no to me for anything. But the situation was even beyond his control. He could not say no to me but he could not understand that how to make up the mind of my mother.

My mom was just shocked on hearing about the arrival of a Puppy in the home. She started shouting. It was a big no from her side. We all could not understand that what to do to resolve this issue.

I was deeply hurt. I was totally depressed. I stopped talking to her. I stopped eating anything. My papa took me too Ravi uncle’s home. I was very happy on viewing the puppy’s. I selected the one for me and started playing.

Me, my papa, Ravi  uncle & his wife, we all discussed about the problem & than we made a plan, a plan to plant the puppy in our home.

We came back to our home without that puppy & I pretended as I am still very angry as even papa had refused for the puppy. I stopped talking even to my papa. There was a big silence every where in the home.

In the morning, while my mother was watering the plants, she found a small puppy playing in the mud. She started shouting but puppy came near to her & started licking her feets. My mother started laughing. We all ran towards the puppy. It was a Lebra. It was the same that I had selected for me. Ravi uncle had visited us in the morning & left the puppy in the garden. We took the puppy inside & gave it a bath. It looked so sweet & so cute.

Even my mother started playing with the puppy. She gave the puppy a beautiful name – Rosler. It generated a great motivation in all of us. I started looking up with joy. We all were happy. The change of mood of my mother had generated a feeling of optimism in all of us. We thanked Ravi uncle for this great Gift that had changed the mindset of my sweet mom. That was a party day at our home. We celebrated it with lot of fun. Till date it was the most memorable day of my life as I was the proud owner of a sweet Puppy, oh sorry, Rosler, the name given by my mom and all this happened as my sweet papa was always there with me i.e. #together.

Therefore, the crux is that, we should always Look upwards with optimism. The situation may be different at different points of time but with the positive thoughts in mind, we can definitely change any situation into the optimistic one. My uncle was a Govt. officer with a very decent life. He retired from a top most position and was living a peaceful life with his wife. He had two beautiful daughters who were decently married to well educated guys at USA. After the marriage of their daughters, somehow or other they started feeling lonely. They were missing their daughters though both of them were very well settled overseas. So they shifted to USA, lived there with their daughters for almost five years, but felt homesick.

The  Indian spirit inside was not allowing them to stay there any more & so they returned to their own country, far away from their loving daughters. It was definitely a very BOLD decision for them as they had returned home with new thoughts in mind.

Back home, the couple engaged itself in all kind of social activities. He was a very active person with a zeal to do something for others, for the society. Soon he became the talk of the town. He intended to make a change, a change in the way people live.

People started following him. Soon he had a big group following him on Social media. Every morning there were scores of persons visiting her with their issues & he was always eager to resolve, be it a family matter or a civic & social issue.

His popularity grew to such a level that political outfits offered him a seat for the Assembly elections. He was not willing to contest on any political platform, so his friends asked him to contest as an independent candidate. He filed his nominations, contested the election & was declared a winner. He had won his assembly seat with a massive percentage of votes.

Now he was no more a social worker but a member of the Assembly with much more power & much more strength. He used all of the funds for the development of the area. His locality soon became the top most in the entire city. His fan followers crossed the barriers of his locality & reached to other areas also. People started taking his name with utmost respect.

That was the time when he got the best message of his life. Both of his daughters were coming back to him to join his work, to serve the society. That was the most delightful moment of his life.

This all happened, just because he took a very BOLD step, and leaving aside all the love & affections for her daughters, he returned to India with a sole aim to serve the society & that too very honestly. He really did a great job as he brought a CHANGE in the life of the residents. His sole intention was to look upwards with positivity of thoughts.

Be Positive, Be Optimistic & don't ever be sad !

It was a chance visit to chandigarh. Me, my mom & my didi got the opportunity to visit our Auntys home. We had our flight booked by Spicejet & we landed at the Chandigarh airport. We took a taxi & soon we reached Mohali. Though it was my first visit to Mohali, I was not much interested as I had no friends there. But mom told me that Guddu Chachu has two small babies & that too Twins & it generated a feeling of optimism in me. I was looking upward to meet those two sweet babies with high hopes of fun n enjoyment.

The minute I reached there, I rushed inside to meet the babies and yeah, I found, two small kids, playing there in the bedroom. On viewing me, they tried to run away. But I had taken with me few gifts for them & therefore, soon we became friends. It was the first time I had viewed Twins. Same face, same color, same eyes, same nose, almost same in everything, though one  was a bit thinner, still, it was very difficult to identify that who was Sahaj & who was Nihal. I started playing with them and you can’t even think that how much I enjoyed there with them.

Though at the very first minute I was not willing to go there, but once there, once I viewed them, once I played with those small babies, the twins, the sweet ones, it generated a great feeling in me. A  feeling  that could force you to visit them again n again. A  feeling that generated positive thoughts in me. A feeling that  I had got two very cute & real friends at mohali.

Guddu Chachu took us to the Sector 7 market in the evening. Once there I found that those two small n cute babies were very naughty also. Both the babies started running in the opposite direction. We were laughing. We were running behind them. But seems they had some hidden wings. They were running or better say flying with their wings and we all rushed in various directions to catch them. It was all fun. I was enjoying every minute there.

Next day we went to the famous lake at Chandigarh. We saw many ducks there but babies were frightened on viewing so many ducks & they rushed to the car & started crying to move elsewhere.

During night both of them were with me. I told them poems & stories. We played a lot but mom asked us to sleep as we had to catch Shatabdi Express next morning. Both of them started crying when we had to leave for the station & so we again offered them chocolates to make them happy. Soon we were at the station & in our train, moving back to Delhi.

But what I realized was that don’t ever be sad, don’t have negative feelings. Just look upwards with optimism & have faith. You will enjoy your life and will achieve everything that you are looking for.
